Thanks for using AAA Product and Services (“Services”), By using our Services you are agreeing to these Terms of Services (the “Terms” “Terms and Conditions”), Please read these carefully before using the Services, be it through the mobile applications, web browser, dashboard, website or customer care  including but not limited to information via the website whether existing now or in the future that link to the Terms (collectively, the "Services").

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Platform, you are agreeing to these Terms and be subject to the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, the local laws of the emirate of Dubai and international conventions to which the UAE is party. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms and you may not access or use the Services.

The Following Terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer notice, and any or all Agreements: “Customer”,” Customers”,” You” and “yours” refer to you, the person accessing the services and accepting the Terms and Conditions. “The Company”, “Overselves”, “We” and “Us” refer to our Company. “Party”, “Parties” or “Us” refer to both the Customer and Ourselves, or either the Customer or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process or our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether through formal meetings of a fixed duration, or by any other means, with the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in terms of providing the Company’s declared Services, in accordance with and subject to the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

You hereby represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and are a legal adult or above and are fully able and competent to understand and agree the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms. Compliance with Laws. You are in compliance with all laws and regulations be subject to the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates when you access and use the Services. You agree to use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

We may vary or amend or change or update the Terms from time to time in our own discretion. You shall be responsible to check these Terms time to time and ensure continued acceptance with these Terms, your continued access or use of the Services after such posting constitutes your consent to be bound by the Terms, as amended.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferrable access to use the Services subject to the Terms. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by us.

Use of services by you or user

AAA APP User Account Including 'Loyalty Program' Access

You must create an account in order to use the Services through APP and Webpage, including without limitation to 'Loyalty Program' on the Services. Use of any personal information you provide to us during the account creation process is governed by our Privacy Policy. You must keep your password confidential and you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, all changes and updates submitted through your account, and all activities that occur in connection with your account.

In creating an account and/or claiming your business' listing, you represent to us that all information provided to us in such process is true, accurate and correct, and that you will update your information as and when necessary in order to keep it accurate. If you are creating an account or claiming a business listing, then you represent to us that you are the owner or authorized agent of such business. You may not impersonate someone else, create or use an account for anyone other than yourself, provide an email address other than your own, create multiple accounts or business listings except as otherwise authorized by us, or provide or use false information to obtain access to a business' listing on the Services that you are not legally entitled to claim.

The Services constitute a technology platform including websites and mobile applications that enables users to access the various Emergency Roadside Assistance provided (Battery Boosting, Accidental Towing, Breakdown Towing, Lockout Troubleshooting, Fuel Delivery, Flat Tire) , and/or other Concierge Service as per eligibility (Vehicle Inspection, Desert and Basement Pullout, Airport Pickup and Dropoff) are collectively called as “Services”.

It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all information made available to you. You expressly understand and agree that your use of these services, or any material made available through these services, is at your own risk. 

Services

Accident Towing & Recovery Service If the member meets with an accident and if the vehicle is not drivable, AAA will tow the vehicle to the customer’s garage or agency anywhere intercity. This should be supported with proper police documents.

Emergency Breakdown Towing Services When the vehicle cannot be rendered drivable after attending any of the emergency procedures provided or when in the service persons judgment, the vehicle is not in a safe drivable condition, & In case of any such mechanical breakdown, AAA will tow the vehicle to the nearest authorized garage intercity.

Battery Boosting Service Battery boost Service or Jump Start is an Emergency Road Service provided to boost the battery to get the vehicle started. This service will not be charged for the battery.

On-Site Battery Replacement All members can avail battery replacement services at their location. They can purchase new batteries with warranty from our Battery team. Customers to pay for the Battery cost for change of Battery. The member cannot avail both services in a day - within 24 hours.

Fuel Service Fuel Delivery service is designed to provide the members with an emergency supply of fuel so that they may drive-on from there. Note, the service is free, but the member is responsible for the cost of the fuel at current market prices.

Flat Tire Service Tire Change service is designed to replace the flat tire with an inflated spare. It is not designed to repair or inflate the flat or the spare. To guard against needing to have your vehicle towed when you have a flat is to periodically check the spare to be sure that it is properly inflated and to also check to make sure that your jack is present and in proper working order and that you have a lug wrench. Although, in such a case the towing is free of charge.

On-Site Tire Replacement All AAA members can avail tire replacement services at their location. They can purchase new tires with warranty from our Tire team. The member cannot avail both services in a day - within 24 hours.

Lockout Service If your keys are locked inside the vehicle, the service mechanic will be sent to try and retrieve the key. If this is not possible, then the vehicle will be towed to the nearest garage. The owner of the car should be present while retrieving the keys as per Dubai police guidelines. Note: All the services would be attended in 45 minutes from the time of reporting to call closure. With our experience and fleet size, we keep the same response time during Holidays. Although, Towing could be temporarily suspended during heavy rain or any natural calamities like floods, sandstorm, or any unforeseen events; where we work in cooperation with the city police authorities. Towing services is provided once in every 24 hours per member.

***All the above services are covered for all the membership by default with the specific charges to the membership.

Payment Terms

We would like to keep you informed that use of the “Services” may result in charges to you for the Services you request through the Mobile Application and Websites (“Charges”). Charges may include various service charges and product charges or any applicable taxes that may be mandatory by the government from time to time. At the time you schedule a service, we will record your preferred payment method information and validate your payment information. You authorize the payment of Charge(s) according to your preferred payment method information, or, if applicable, the payment of a cancellation fee if you cancel the Job. You agree not to make any alternative payment arrangement with the Driver who performs the Job. While we will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of all credit card and all other personal information, we expressly disclaim any liability for any damage that may result should any information be released to any third parties, and you agree to hold us harmless for any damages that may result there from.

After you have Utilized Services obtained through your use of the Service, we will facilitate your payment of the applicable Charges as per the charges displayed in our Driver APP. Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by us. All Charges are due immediately. If your primary payment method is determined to be expired, invalid or otherwise not able to be charged, you agree that we may, arrange collection agent, use a secondary payment method in your Account, if available.

We reserve the right to establish, remove and/or revise Charges for any or all Services at any time in our sole discretion. If the drives use the SALIK as per the need, or advised by you, you authorize the addition of those Charges during the final payment.

Online Payment United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED currency. AAA will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. The payment for our products or services on our website and through APP, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. The user of this website is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account. Once the user has bought a service and made online payment against it, they will receive instant payment confirmation via email and SMS. The confirmation email and SMS will reach the customer within completion of service and/or payment. The content and function of the services are provided to you "as is," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Limitation of Liability We cannot accept liability for any charges incurred as a result of errors in transaction initiated by you either by cash or by an alternate payment method. We are also not liable for any payment made to the operator or service provider exclusive of the fare indicated on the application. 

Refund Policy Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Once you made your payment for a service rendered, it’s not possible to refund your payment for your service. We will provide 100% refund of your payment only if the service has been cancelled before driver reaching your location from service start time. Cancellation or refund is not applicable for Membership purchased.
